| Abstract: | The causes of the state-owned property's running-off are varied and sophisticated.This paper,from Marxist academic theories and the law,analyzes the causes,and it concludes that the commonweal action is the best method to protect state-owned property's running-off,whose cost is very low and whose effect is very effective. |
