中国安全生产现代化评价：正值中级水平阶段

为科学评价中国安全生产现代化水平和所处的阶段，拟采用社会系统原理和现代化理论，将其分解为安全生产经济、政治、社会、文化四大子系统的现代化及其指标体系进行综合测量评价。结果表明：中国安全生产现代化水平目前正处于中级水平的重要转折时期，与发达国家尚有很大差距；安全生产现代化要实现高级水平，尚需较长时期，需要进行结构性安全治理，需要政府、企业、社会多方合力多措并举。

An Evaluation for the Modernization of Work Safety of China:Being at the Intermediate Stage

In order to evaluate scientifically the level and stage of work safety modernization, these theories of social system and modernization has been used. It is decomposed into four subsystems and index system of economy, politic, society and culture for comprehensive measurement and evaluation. The result is that the work safety modernization of China is in the important turning period of the intermediate level and stage, being still a big gap with the developed countries. If it would go to towards advanced level, the government, enterprises and society must take various measures in many ways on the fundamence of structural goverenace for work safety over a long time.
