| 摘 要： | 分析了福建农林大学教师队伍现状及存在的问题,提出了加强教师队伍建设的若干对策:(1)严把教师“入口”关;(2)拓宽兼职教师来源渠道;(3)加强师德建设;(4)加强教师培训;(5)创新教师管理机制;(6)吸引和稳定优秀人才。

| Abstract: | The current status of the faculty at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University is analyzed, and several countermeasures to strengthen the faculty construction are proposed as follows: (1) be strict in the recruitment of teachers; (2) broaden the source of part-time teachers; (3) strengthen the vocational ethics construction of teachers; (4) strengthen teachers training; (5) innovate teachers administration; (6) attract and keep excellent talents. |
