摘    要:目前,我国大学生就业过程中的平等就业权益、就业和劳动报酬权益、社会保障权益、权利救济的权益等合法劳动权益屡屡受到侵犯,这些侵害存在的原因包括大学生自我维权意识和保护能力弱、劳动力市场供过于求、用人单位缺乏社会责任感、大学生权益保障的法律、法规体系不健全等。大学生劳动权益的保护不仅要靠自身维护权益意识的提高,还要靠学校、政府和企业的多方保护。而这将是一个漫长的过程。
