摘    要:本文从21世纪高师教育出发,在论证分析了高师学生应具有良好的职业道德、职业能力、个性品质、身心素质等条件的基础上,认为高等师范院校教育教学的重点应着眼于学生的应变能力和创造能力的培养,并提出了促进高师教育由应试教育向素质教育过渡的具体途径.

Abstract:Starting from the 21st century's Teachers Collgeges education, the paper analyzes that teachers collgeges' students should have good such qualities as professional ethics, professional ability, individual character, physical and mental quality. The authors think that teaching emphasis in teachers' colleges should be laid on training students' emergency ability and thinking creativity. The authors advances the specific ways on how to improve teachers colleges education transition from exam-taking education to quality education.
