Analysis on Basic Contents and Optimization Ways of Students' Quality Education in Teachers Colleges

Starting from the 21st century's Teachers Collgeges education, the paper analyzes that teachers collgeges' students should have good such qualities as professional ethics, professional ability, individual character, physical and mental quality. The authors think that teaching emphasis in teachers' colleges should be laid on training students' emergency ability and thinking creativity.
