| Abstract: | Since China became a WTO member, the construction of talent resources has been faced with challenge and there is no lack of opportunity as well. Dealing with the challenge of China's WTO entry, we should change our notion making full use of excellent foreign educational resources in addition to home resources' being well used to fasten the reform of education and train talent in high quality, who should fit in the international competition. We should further emancipate the mind, reform the system and construct appropriate circumstances to push forward the development of education industry. |
