摘    要:用X射线衍射分析研究了共沉淀条件和煅烧条件对掺钇氧化锆粉体相组成的影响.结果表明, 锆液浓度、钇的掺量和PH值对zrO2晶体的结构都有影响,实验得出了最佳的工艺条件.

Abstract:The effect of precipitation condition and calcining condition on ZrO2-crystal xtructure were investigated in this paper by X-ray diffraction analysis. Result shows that the zirconic concentration of solution, the content of yttric doped, and pH value of solution can effect the ZrO2-crystal structure. Experiments show that the Y stabilized ZrO2 powder with single tetragonal crystal structure can be obtained. The optimal process conditions have been obtained.
