| 摘 要： | 篮球意识的形成过程与想象训练过程有着密切的内在联系,对它加以认真地分析、研究,就能找到他们最直接的结合点。及时、准确地采取想象训练的手段来培养篮球意识,就能收到良好的效果。本文就是作者通过长期的篮球运动实践总结来说明篮球意识可作为一种素质,想象训练对培养篮球意识起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Imagination training is internally linked to the course of breeding basketball consciousness.Making a stuby of them,we can find out their direct associations.Conducting prompt and precise imagination training can produce a good effect in breeding basdetball consciousness.Based on the summary of a long-run basketball practice, this paper illustrates the important role of imagination training in breeding basketball consciousness, which can be considered as an aptitude. |
