毛泽东文艺思想中“平民”理念的当代诠释

毛泽东文艺思想的深层理念包括两个主要层面：一是民本理念，二是平民理念。以民为本是基本立足点；以平民为重心是根本着眼点。可称之为以“平民”理念为基础的民本文艺思想。在解放以来长期的社会实践和文艺实践过程中，呈现出两种阶段性明显的偏向：一是人民本位向平民本位的位移，造成人民本位的虚位；二是平民本位向人民本位的回归，出现了平民基础的淡化。今天“平民”的界定：一是从社会的经济、政治地位来进行定位：二是从平民立场、平民意识和平民作风来界定。在市场经济条件下，文艺的服务方向仍然必须坚持人民本位和平民基础。

A Contemporary Annotation of the "Civilian" idea in Mao Zedong's Literary and Artistic Thought

The deep - seated idea in Mao Zedong＇ s literary and artistic thought consists of two main stratifications： One is the people - based idea, and the other, the civilian idea. That is, its basic standpoint lies in taking the people as its first priority whereas its fundamental focus, in taking the civilians as its first eoneem. It may, therefore, be termed as a ＂civilian＂ - oriented and people - based literary and artistic thought. All along the social and artistic practice since 1949, there have appeared two distinct periodic deviations： one is the displacement of the people by the civilians, thus resulting in the absence of the people; the other is the return of the civilians to the people, hence the appearance of indifference towards the civilians. At present, the ＂civilian＂ is defined first by its social, economic and political place, and secondly by its position, its awareness and its sense of style to define. However, in a market economy, art and literature must necessarily persist in taking the people as its first priority and taking the civilians as its first concern.
