| 摘 要： | 马克思主义把“从事实际活动的人”作为确立自己历史观的出发点,指出了人是自然界和社会之“本”,科学概括了人的历史主体地位,把人的全面自由发展确立为社会发展的最高目标和价值标准。“以人为本”,落实于无产阶级政党的实践活动中,就要求我们树立“以人为中心”的发展理念,把人作为社会发展的主体、本质和目的,重视人、依靠人、造就人、造福人、促进人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Marxism regards the "Person engaged in real activity" as his Starting point of Conception of history, Points out people is the "centre" of Nature and Society, summarizes the people's Status as the principle part in history, regards people's Development overallly freely as the Supreme goal and Value standard. "People-centred", Implementing on Practise the activity of the Proletariat political party, Requires us to establish the Idea of development of "People-centred",regards people as the subject essence and purpose of social development, maximizes people,depends on people, trains people, Benefits people, promotes people's Development overallly freely. |
