| 摘 要： | “和平崛起”重要思想是新一届国家领导人对中国内政外交政策的新概括 ,是对中国国家总体发展战略的新规定 ,是对如何建设有中国特色社会主义理论的新发展。目前中国所拥有的坚实的物质力量、强大的精神支柱、有利的国际环境和广阔的战略空间为“和平崛起”奠定了宏阔和雄厚的现实基础。

| Abstract: | The important thought of "Peaceful Rise" is a new summary of Chinas policies d omestically and diplomatically by Chinas new politic leadership. It is a new r ule for the general development strategy of China, and it a new development for the construction of socialist theory with Chinese features. At present, there is stable material power and mighty spiritual power in China, a favorable internat ional environment and a broad room for strategic development. These have laid ma cro and grand realistic basis for her "Peaceful Rise." |
