| 摘 要： | 十一届三中全会以来中国的农村经济获得了飞速发展，在此基础上，农村的政治发展也开始起步，并逐渐走上规范化、制度化。中国农村政治发展有自己的特殊历程和特点，当然也存在不少阻碍因素，但只要采取正确的应对措施，从长远看其前景是光明的。

| Abstract: | Since the Third Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee in 1978, China's rural economy has developed rapidly. On this basis, political development in China's rural areas has been launched and then has been gradually normalized and systemized. Political development in China's rural areas has its own special experience and features. Of course, there are a good many barriers in this process. But in the long run, the prospects will be bright so long as correct countermeasures are taken. |
