| 摘 要： | 梭罗在其短暂的一生中,通过他所著的《瓦尔登湖》为人类创造了一笔无价的精神财富。他不为物质所困,始终不渝地忠实于自己的心灵向往。他所追求的是一种孩童般纯真的浪漫,一种外在简朴、内心丰富的生活方式。在梭罗看来,人作为大自然的普通一员,只有在与大自然的和谐共处中才能拥有真正完整的生命内涵。

| Abstract: | Henry D. Thoreau, although lived a short life, managed to create an invaluable spiritual weahh for the mankind through his celebrated Walden. Rejected to be obsessed by material burden, he spent his whole life pursuing his real needs and pursuits. What he seeks is but a childlike and innocent romance, a lifestyle of simplieity, hut with spiritual abundance. In Thoreau＇s eves, human beings can realize the true significance of life only through harmaonious coexistence with nature. |
