跨国公司在华研发溢出效应有限性及诱导对策

随着跨国公司研发全球化，我国以广阔的市场和低廉的研发资源，吸引了众多跨国公司设立研发机构。由于诸多原因，跨国公司在华研发技术溢出效应还未充分体现。文章利用FDI技术溢出模型分析了跨国公司研发技术溢出效应的有限性，从跨国公司和东道国两方面分析了影响技术溢出效应的因素，最后提出了促进技术溢出效应的诱导对策。

Limitation of Technology Spillover of Multinational R&D in China and Inductive Countermeasures

The Multinational Corporation＇s （MNC） R＆D is being globalized. With the advantages of a large market and abundant resources, China has attracted more and more MNCs to set up R＆D units in recent years. However, for some reasons, they have not achieved obvious spillover effect. The paper analyzes the limitation of technology spillover by means of the FDI spillover model, followed by the reasons given from both sides of MNCs and China, and finally suggests inductive countermeasures.
