| 摘 要： | 高等教育分流是高等教育大众化的要求,又是现阶段社会发展及高校自身实现协调发展的必然要求。高等教育分流依据有三个标准:分数标准、金钱标准和地域标准。确立合理分流依据的途径有:注重综合能力选拔;遵循"全面补偿"的原则;尽量减少地域差异。
