关于“腐败”成因的哲学反思

从哲学的视角反思"腐败"的成因问题,一方面有助于人们正视哲学视角在研究现实问题中的重要性;另一方面由于哲学视角具有彻底的超越性和反思批判性,可以使人们在腐败成因问题的研究上开阔眼界、拓宽思路、解放思想,使人们对"腐败"问题的认识更深入、更全面、更可靠、也更有创造性。从哲学的视角来看,固定的社会分工是足以、至少是最能说明腐败形成的可能性原因。腐败成为现实的原因至少包括以下两个方面:权力的界限及活动范围的模糊和权力的失控是腐败成为现实的客体方面的原因;人的私欲的无限扩张和为满足私欲而实施的活动是腐败成为现实的主体方面的原因。

On Philosophical Rethinking About Causes for Corruption

The problem of rethinking the cause of forming corruption from the philosophical perspective is conducive on the one hand to paying attention to the significance of philosophical perspective in studying actual issues and on the other hand will help us to open eyereach, broaden the train of thought and emancipate the mind during the study of the cause of forming corruption as such a perspective is of thorough transcendental and rethinking criticizing nature so as to enable us to perceive the corruption problem in a more profound, comprehensive, reliable and creative way.Considering the problem from the philosophical perspective, the fixed social division of labor is adequate enough to serve as the possible, or at least the most persuasive cause of forming corruption.The cause for corruption to become a reality involves at least the following two aspects: the fuzziness of the power limit and activity domain and power runaway, which form the objective cause for corruption to become a reality, and unlimited expansion of personal desires and the implementation activities to satisfy personal desires, which form the subjective cause for corruption to become a reality.
