| 摘 要： | 企业的环境问题已引起了国家和社会的广泛关注.企业环境责任的承担主体、企业如何承担环境责任以及承担的具体做法和完善步骤都是决定企业环境责任承担的重要方面.为了帮助企业完善企业环境责任,要把企业、政府、消费者联合起来,充分发挥企业、政府以及其他诸机制的作用,完善企业环境责任系统和立法,以提高企业承担环境责任的自觉性.
