| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术的迅猛发展和广泛、深入地应用,推动了各行各业的技术进步,也向教育提出了严峻的挑战,推动着一次新的教育革命,在现代信息技术条件下,真正掌握并能够有效使用信息技术的教师比例很小,切实提高广大教师的信息素养与信息技术的应用能力促使教师将新的教育观念和教育技术融入教学实践将加速我国教育信息化的发展步伐,使我国的教育发展建设获得极其宝贵的人力资源。信息素养亦将是衡量教师教学能力的重要指标。

| Abstract: | In the modem information technology situation,this article presents that only very few teachers can master and eperate the information technology.Their abilities to use the information technology and their information attainments must be promoted praetically,which will madk them integrate the new educational ideas and the educational technology into the practical teaching,speed up the development of our educational information,and have the valuable qualified people in our educational development.The information attainments can be used to measure the teachers' abilities to teach. |
