| Abstract: | Aiming at raising physical education efficiency, promoting individuality development and cultivating life long sports ideology, the authors have designed the synthetic courseware which can serve as a teaching plan of sports theory and dynamic demonstration of practice, make it convenient for teachers to select, regroup or renew their teaching content according to different requirements and provide for students' self study, self practice and self examination. They have also dealt with the requirements and methods for making the courseware. |
