| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江师大等10余所高校图书馆的调研在明确高校图书馆女性馆员中特殊群体的内涵与外延的基础上,从精神面貌、心理状态、专业素质的角度,论述了再教育的必要性;从文化背景、工作经验、自我完善等方面探讨了再教育的可行性,并提出再教育的具体措施.

| Abstract: | After an investigation on more than to college libraries in Zhejiang province,this paper expounds the connotation and denotation of "special group of female college librarians",analyzes the necessity of reeducation from the perspective of mental outlook and professional diathesis,proves the feasibility of reeducation from cultural background,work experience and self improvement,and proposes some pracatical measures. |
