| Abstract: | The ratio of private enterprises is getting higher and higher among the Chinese enterprises.Most of them are family enterprises.They have their advantages in the early stage.But with the developmenat,more and more problems are disclosed.The paper,by describing the basic features of the family enterprises and bottle-neck factors,analyzes the state of the family enterprises in China and put forward the corresponding countermeasares. |
