| 摘 要： | 盗伐林木罪是常见的破坏国家森林资源的犯罪 ,犯罪形式复杂多样。笔者对盗伐林木罪的概念、特别是犯罪构成进行了较全面的论述。就盗伐林木罪与相邻犯罪的界定、盗伐林木罪的几种特殊犯罪形式展开讨论 ,并对该罪的立法提出一些补充意见

| Abstract: | The crime of illegal lumbering,which damages national forestry resources,has multiple forms.This paper expounds the concept of the crime with special emphasis on the criminal constitution,the distinction between the crime and similar crimes and some special forms of the crime.Finally,the author presents some suggestions concerning the legislation for the crime. |
