摘    要:战略人力资源管理是新近发展起来的概念,对这一理念进行深入研究是有重要意义的.论述了战略人力资源管理范式下的绩效管理的优越性,指出了战略人力资源管理范式下的绩效管理的操作模式和流程,并探讨了其实施条件.

Abstract:Strategic human resource management is a recently developed concept,the idea of an in-depth study is significant.The superiority of performance management under the strategic human resources management paradigm is discussed.And the mode of op-eration and process of performance management under the strategic human resources management paradigm is put forward.In addition,the conditions for its implementation is also preliminary discussed.
