| 摘 要： | 当前我国高等教育正面临严峻的就业形势，高等教育功能释放存在许多问题和现实困境，这主要是由高等教育内部缺乏统筹、经济发展不平衡及人才培养机制、产品服务体系、市场经济法制不完善所致。为此，我们应着力调整经济结构，完善人才服务体系、法律法规和人才制度，深化高等教育改革，提升培养质量，增强高等教育在经济社会发展中的适应性，不断提高高等教育功能释放水平和释放效益。 |
