| 摘 要： | 1978年以来,国内学术界在研究中国社会福利发展重大问题的过程中,提出了一系列具有创新意义的思想、观点和理论,构成当代中国社会福利学术思想。以重要性和创新性为标准,当代中国社会福利学术思想主要包括中国社会福利的价值理念论、发展目标论、发展模式论和体系构建论;这些思想不仅丰富了当代中国社会福利思想体系,而且成为影响中国社会福利政策的重要因素。
