民初政党政治与公民意识

政党政治是与公民意识相适应的一种政治治理方式。当民初政党政治移植到中国传统社会之上的时候，隐藏在国人深处的臣民意识顽强地产生了各种“抗原”，如根深蒂固的权力崇拜、悠久的权谋政治传统、对公平正义的曲解、私德冲击公德的行为习惯等等，这些“抗原”导致的“排异性”最终摧毁了政党政治的健康和活力。基于此，完成由臣民意识向公民意识的转型，推动民族启蒙运动的进一步提升，才是实现政党政治现代化的保证。
