| 摘 要： | 成人享有接受教育的权利。通过成人教育立法,才能确认成人受教育权利的法律地位。在社会发展和成人教育发展过程中,成人受教育权利应逐步得到法律上的确认。本文结合我国成人教育现状,指出国家应尽快完善成人教育法律制度,以加快全面建设小康社会的进程。

| Abstract: | Adults have right to be educated.This right has to be granted with legal status through legislation for adult education.With the development of the society and adult education,the right of adults for education should be recognized legally.In combination with the present situation of adult education in China,it is pointed out in the paper that the country should perfect the legal system for adult education as soon as possible to accelerate the construction process of all-round affluent society. |
