大学思想政治工作中确立学生主体地位的对策探讨

摘    要:传统思想政治工作忽视受教育者在思想政治工作中的主体性,把受教育者视为消极、被动接受教育的客体,这必然导致思想政治工作中的命令主义、强制压服和单向注入,严重地挫伤了受教育者在思想政治工作中的主观能动性,容易扼杀人的进取心和创造能力,不利于个体的发展。政治工作的真正奏效,有赖于能否有效促发受教育者得的道德体验。为了在大学政治工作中确立学生主体性地位,把学生当作课堂的主体,可以尝试安排开放式教学、增加实践课教学、利用开设选修课等形式努力扩大学生知识面、鼓励和引导学生之间正常的交流和交往等对策。

Abstract:Traditional ideological & political work ignores the principal part of the educated, i.e. subject, and regards the educated as passive object, which results in compulsory coercion, one -way feeding and dampens the subjective initiative of the educated in ideological & political work , strangles people' s enterprising spirit and creative ability and does harm to individual development. The effectiveness of political work relies on whether or not the moral experience of the educated can be encouraged effectively. In universities, students should be regarded as the principal part in classroom teaching, open methods of teaching can be attempted, practical teaching can be increased and selective courses can be opened so as to expand students' scope of knowledge, guide and encourage moral communication among students.
