| 摘 要： | WTO争端解决机制的执行程序具有十分重要的意义和丰富的程序内容,而实践中越来越多的争端为我们理解执行程序的运作提供了素材。目前国内关于WTO的著述汗牛充栋,但是缺乏对DSU执行程序的系统论述,本文试图弥补这方面的缺憾,通过结合具体争端案例中关于DSU执行程序的实践,系统分析执行程序中各个程序的具体规定,总结归纳执行程序中存在的问题,并提出完善DSU执行程序若干建议。

| Abstract: | The operating procedure of the mechanism for settling WTO disputes is of great significance as it consists of substantial procedures. The increasing practical disputes provide us with necessary references for the understanding of the process of the operating procedure. At present in China there has been an immense number of books being published about WTO, but without any systematic comment on the DSU operating procedure. With applications of DSU operating procedure to particular cases of disputes, this article attempts to offer a systematic analysis of the specific stipulations for individual working programmes in the operating procedure, make a summary of the existing problems in the operating procedure, and put forward several proposals for the improvement of the DSU operating procedure. |
