| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯的高等教育基础保留了苏联的基本格局。苏联解体后,俄罗斯的高等教育由于经费不足一度出现滑坡,但随着俄罗斯经济的复苏和教育改革的不断深入,俄罗斯高等教育的结构正由单一向多元化发展,制定了一系列相应的法律、法规。根据市场经济发展的需求,不断调整专业设置,强调教育的多层次化和多样化,俄罗斯的国民素质也相应地得到提高,成为俄罗斯日后东山再起的一个巨大的潜在推动力。

| Abstract: | The basis of higher education in Russia was not changed when the former USSR collapsed. However, it suffered a lot as the result of insufficient fund after the disintegration. With the recovery of the economy and deepening of the educational reform, the structure of higher education in Russia is transforming from singleness to diversification. A series of laws and regulations are established, subjects and majors adjusted, and multi- layers and diversification attached greater importance with the requirement of the development in the market economy. The quality of Russian people is improved correspondingly, which will serve as a great potential impetus of Russia's re-flourish. |
