| 摘 要： | 教育理念是一种理性认识和价值判断 ,对校长的治校行为发生重要影响。教育理念的形成有着社会背景、学术背景和实践背景 ,其特性表现为思想性、实践性、发展性和前瞻性。它决定着办学思路 ,通过课程设置来体现 ,又通过教育策划做出战略性思考 ,在实践的层面上不断地丰富、发展。 |
