| 摘 要： | 解读先秦儒家的“天人合一”观，得出孔孟荀所体现出来的政策文化具有以下特质：1．以主体性人格的发展为前提，2．以个人道德作为国家制度伦理的标准，3．蕴含丰富的人伦理念与和谐因子。认为“天人合一”观仍是当今社会政策文化的核心价值，而主体性人格的建构和制定是国家政策制定的重中之重，“和同之辨”的能力则是现代社会对主体人格提出的新要求。
