论教育研究的科学文化氛围

摘    要:科学文化氛围是教育研究者科学研究生活的条件、精神力量的源泉和专注于研究工作的前提 ,它是促进研究者实现其科学探求动机、理想和价值追求的环境、气氛及其相应的条件。它包括研究者心理上的自由和安全感以及价值取向 ,包括学术制度、规范和风气 ,包括政府教育研究的政策和公众支持等。不良的科学文化氛围会产生重复低质的教育研究成果 ,会蔓延学术腐败之风 ,会容忍教育研究成果评审上的不公平。我们应当在研究者关怀、扶持机制、标准规范、表达成果渠道、成果评价等方面为教育研究营造更好的科学文化氛围

Abstract:Scientific and cultural atmosphere is the living condition for educational scien tists to carry out researches, is their source of spiritual vigor and is the pre mise for their concentration on research works. It is the environment, atmospher e and relevant conditions for researchers to realize their scientific exploratio n motives, ideals and pursue of value. It consists of psychological freedom, sen se of safety and value orientation in the researchers, including academic system , mode and ethos, also including educational research policies by the government and the support from the public. Ill scientific and cultural atmosphere will pr oduce low quality repetition of educational research results, will enable the sp reading of academic corruption, and will have to tolerate unfair assessment in e ducation research results. We should establish a better scientific and cultural atmosphere for educational research in caring for the researchers, in supporting systems, in standardized modes, in providing result release channels, and in re sult assessment.
