| 摘 要： | 当前我国的高等教育已进入大众化阶段,教育质量的内涵、标准都呈现出较精英教育阶段不同的特点。树立全新的质量观是建立有效的高校教育保障机制,确保我国高等教育的健康发展的重要前提。本文首先分析了大众化阶段教育质量特点,并在此基础上从宏观、微观两个方面探讨了高校的教学质量保障机制建立的途径。

| Abstract: | Higher education of our country has entered the popular stage with the connotation and standard of education quality different from that of the elite education.To build a completely new quality concept is the major premise of setting up efficient quality security mechanism and ensuring the healthy development of the higher education.This article analyzed the characteristics of the popularized higher education and probed into the ways to set up the security mechanism. |
