关于学校中儿童欺负行为的研究

摘    要:文章根据对学校中儿童之间欺负行为的调查研究,分析了儿童欺负行为的主要形式、类型和特点,并从心理学的角度探讨了欺负者和被欺负者的典型特征及其发展形成过程,在此基础上,对欺负行为发生的原因进行了综合分析。研究显示,控制和消除儿童欺负行为的途径可通过学校和家庭多方面的配合来实现。

Abstract:The paper studied school bullying behaviors by means of questionnaires and psychometrics,combined with case study and interviews.The main types and characteristics of school bullying behaviors were found.The forming and development processes of the bullying and the bullied were analyzed from the psychological point of view.And the factors that impact the bullying behavior were studied synthetically.Research showed that eliminating and interfering school bullying should be done through cooperation between schools and families,by implementing quality education and mental health education,by strengthening children's basic social skill training,and creating a positive family atmosphere.
