论一物一权原则

一物一权原则表述的是物权与其客体（权与物）之间的相互关系问题。物权的绝对性与一物一权原则不是包含与被包含的关系。物权客体特定是一物一权原则的内容之一,片面地将其本身理解为一物一权原则甚至可以取代一物一权原则的观点都是不足取的。一物一权原则为物权法基本原则的地位依然坚固。
