| 摘 要： | 钱学森在研究生培育上深刻而独到的见解.他主张开放自主的培养理念,推崇敢于突破的创新精神,强调扎实全面的科学素养.在培养理念上,提倡"宽松准入、自主培养、严格出品".在创新培育上,提出要敢于挑战权威,允许学术争鸣,保证专博结合,主张学科交叉,鼓励广泛交流,提倡科学与艺术结合.在科学素养上,从哲学视角、战略眼光、世界胸怀、管理艺术、辩证思维以及健康体魄六个方面提出了具体要求.深入分析钱学森研究生培育思想,对于培养高质量、高水平的科研人才和科技帅才有重要的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | This article summarizes Qian Xue-Sen's original ideas about graduate students' education.It argues that Mr.Qian claims free and exoteric education idea,which is free admittance,liberal education,and rigid reviews.To foster critical spirit,he advocates academic debate deeply,communication with different subjects widely,and science and art coalition perfectly.He stresses solid and comprehensive scientific accomplishments and points out how to win it.These ideas are important to cultivate high quality and top ... |
