| 摘 要： | 2009年8月,日本众议院大选,民主党击败自民党而成为执政党。民主党能够取得执政权,坚实的社会基础以及正确的经济政策是它胜利的保障;自民党的崩溃间接地导致民主党得势。这对日本政治必将产生持久而深远的影响,而对于我国来讲,民主党的崛起更突显了建设学习型政党的重要性。
