| 摘 要： | 本世纪80年代以后西方国家兴起的“新公共管理”运动的起源地之一就是英国,市场化价值取向是英国公共行政改革最主要的特点之一。本文简要地分析了英国公共行政市场化改革的背景、内容及其特点,希望对我国正在进行的公共行政体制改革能有所借鉴。
