| 摘 要： | 进入“十一五”，江苏省要实现由教育大省向教育强省的历史跨越，有必要改革投资体制。吸聚更多的民间资本。股份合作制办学是发展教育的一种重要形式。政府和学校可以根据不同的区域优势与不同的办学状况，积极探索实现高校股份合作制办学，推进我省高等教育改革目标的实现。

| Abstract: | With the advent of the 11^th Five-year Plan, Jiangsu Province has to reform its educational investment system and attract more private capital if it is to make a historical leap from a large educational province to a strong one. Joint-stock system to run schools is an important way to expand education. Government and colleges may actively explore and realize the joint-stock system of running schools and accelerate the realization of reform goals of the province, drawing on different regional advantages and states of running schools. |
