| Abstract: | Conviction is the basis of punishment. In order to convict and punish the offenders in accordance with law, the judges shall establish the notions, such as defining criminal acts in law explicitly, dual - aim, and moderate and humanitarian punishments, internationalism and basing the judgment on facts, and using them to conduct the criminal justice. |
