金融深化与中国金融稳定

金融深化在改善金融制度、推动经济发展的同时,也导致了金融秩序动荡进而引发金融危机。改革开放以来,我国经济的货币化程度逐步提高,金融相关率逐渐增长,金融机构组织不断创新,金融市场健康成长,这个过程正是中国金融不断深化的过程。迄今为止,我国虽然尚未发生全局性的金融动荡,但我国金融业同样存在大量不安全因素:如金融机构高居不下的不良资产,保险业的无序竞争,上市公司的不良业绩等等。在金融深化进程中,保持我国金融稳定发展的路径选择应该是:逐步推进利率市场化改革,谨慎开放资本市场,稳步推行金融产权改革,准确把握金融监管力度。

Financial Deepening and China`s Financial Stability

The paper discusses about the experiences and lessons of financial deepening reform taken by developing counties under the guide line of financial deepening theories.Financial deepening is the objective of financial reform of China,but financial deepening can increase financial danger.The financial deepening in proper order is the most important financial control.To enhance financial supervision and regulation system,to realize the balance between financial structure and regulation at high classes,and to accelerate the reform of property rights of the financial institution,to establish the corporate governance,all these measures can promote financial control power.
