| 摘 要： | 当前影响我国产业结构调整绩效不高的原因有许多,而企业改革滞后,产业政策实施机制不完善,金融体系不成熟,技术创新动力不足是最主要的原因,所以,产业结构调整的四位一体是深化企业改革,完善产业政策实施机制,加快进行金融体制改革,建立推动产业结构调整和升级的技术创新体制。

| Abstract: | At present,there are many causes affecting the effort of readjustment of our industrial structure,mainly including relatively backward reforms in enterprises,less-improved mechanisms for implementing industrial policies,immature financial system,and shortage of technical innovation.Therefore,this paper holds that the quadri-unity way should include deepening enterprise reform,improving mechanisms of implementing industrial structure,propelling reforms in financial system,and establishing a system of technical innovation to accelerate the adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure. |
