| 摘 要： | 不断深化的城市群关系或区域的经济一体化必然要求区域的社会一体化。区域内的户籍开放和社会保障制度的一体化就是社会一体化的核心内容之一。在"长株潭"一体化区域内建立相互协作的最低生活保障管理制度具有可行性和必然性,而最终目标则是建立统一的管理机制。

| Abstract: | The unceasing development of the relations between cities groups and regional economic integration inevitably requests the regional social integration.To open the household register and to integrate the social security system are one of the core contents of social integration.The establishment of mutual cooperation mechanism in social security system in "Chang-ZhuTan" Region allows feasibility and inevitability with the final goal to create a unified management mechanism. |
