| 摘 要： | 消防是保障国家和人民生命财产安全的一项重要的国家制度。我国历史上各朝各代几乎都设有专门的防火、灭火机构。到了宋代更是发展到了相当完备的程度。宋代以后各朝的城市防火、灭火制度,尽管也有其自身的特点,但就其主要的方面而言,还未超出宋代城市防火、灭火制度的水平。

| Abstract: | Fire control is an important national system to ensure the safety of life and property.Everydy nasty had its special organization for fire prevention and fire fighting.It was in the Song Dynasty that people had the complete system of fire control.Each dynasty after the Song Dynasty had its own characteristics in five control,however,it was impossible for the later dynasties to go beyond the city fire control in the Song Dynasty. |
