| Abstract: | The paper first reviews the grain circulation system and the development of the market system in our country, expounds the inner link between the food circulation and the legalization of the food industry, and then explains the legal resources abroad concerning grain circulation. Finally the paper gives some suggestions on promoting legislation of the food industry. |
