GOOD OPPORTUNITIES TO BE BROUGHT BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF ZHENGZHOU AIR HARBOR COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC EXPERIMENTATION ZONE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOGISTICS IN CENTRAL PLAINS ECONOMIC ZONE

With the planning and implementation of the comprehensive experimental area of Zhengzhou air harbor, developing modem logistics industry will become the strategic choice for the construction of the central plains economic zone. The realization lies in： boosting harbor economic development through such ways as linkage development of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry, muhimodal transport, construction of logistics information platform, and the implementation of improving value-added distribution and processing, so as to establish Zhengzhou as China＇s modern logistics center, and finally with the help of local logistics enterprises, the third party logistics, and the government＇s policy measures to guarantee the rapid development of modern logistics industry in Zhengzhou air harbor economic comprehensive experimental area. In this paper, the necessity of constructing Zhengzhou air harbor comprehensive economic area is analyzed from three aspects and it is concluded that the construction is important, scientific and reasonable.
