我国现行宪法的共和思想研究

研究我国宪法的共和思想不仅对发展我国的宪法科学理论,而且对建设有中国特色社会主义和谐社会都具有重要的现实意义.共和的词义在中国历史上最早是指历史年号,而在西方国家历史上主要是指国家政体.共和政体相对君主政体、贵族政体、民主政体是最稳定、最好、最值得实行的政体.共和中有民主,但共和中的民主是受节制的民主.目前我国基本上实现了不同阶级、不同政党、不同民族、不同经济制度和不同社会制度的共和.不同阶级的共和表现在代议制民主的人民代表大会制的政权组织形式上;不同政党的共和表现在共产党领导的多党合作与政治协商制度中;不同民族的共和表现在民族区域自治制度方面;不同所有制的共和表现在我国“多种所有制经济共同发展”的基本经济制度方面;不同社会制度的共和表现在“一国两制”方面.

RESEARCH ON THE REPUBLICAN THOUGHTS IN THE CURRENT CONSTITUTION IN CHINA

The research of the republican thoughts in our country＇s constitution is of realistic significance not only to the scientific theory development of our constitution, but also to the establishment of a harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics. The word ＂republic＂ used to refer to the reign title in Chinese history, while in western countries the political structure of state. Republic regime is the most stable regime, the best and the most worth doing compared with monarchy, aristocracy, democracy. There is democracy in re- public, but the republican democracy is moderate democracy. At present our country has basically realized the republic of different classes, different parties, different nationalities, different economic systems and social systems. The republic of different classes manifests in organization form of the representative democratic people＇s congress regime system. The republic of different political parties manifests in the multi - party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the communist party. The republic of different ethnic groups manifests in the regional national autonomy. The republic of different systems of ownership in our country is reflected in the basic economic system of ＂the joint development of a variety of ownership economy＂. The republic of different social systems is reflected in ＂one country, two systems＂.
