| Abstract: | Popularization of academic publishing is the inevitable resuh and requirements of China＇s economic and social development and cultural progress. The paper discusses the popularization concept and characteristics of academic publishing, and analyzes its background and the main reasons. From the perspectives of academic publishing, historical mission and the law of development, the paper explores the goal of popularizing academic publishing, its paths and environment construction. |
