| Abstract: | Since the 1990s when the U. S. forces began pushing for its equipment procurement reform, through the full life full system management, optimization of procurement and demand management, it has effectively improved the procurement efficiency and the efficient use of funds. On the basis of summarizing the main experiences of American weapons and equipment procurement, the paper probes into the color plate experience of the U.S. military weapons and equipment procurement and its enlightenment for the procurement of materials in large enterprises of our country. |
